Shipping policy

Shipments are made every MONDAY via UPS exclusively within the USA or via USPS for Puerto Rico.

Vera Bakehouse is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost.

Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.

Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates.

Vera Bakehouse is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.

Cancellations or Modifications:

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us through the Contact section. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide a positive experience with Vera Bakehouse .

All cancellations must be made a minimum of 3 business days before the scheduled pick-up or shipping date. Once the preparation of your order has commenced, no changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made.
